Entrance Requirements

Enrollment begins in February for returning students and in March for new students. All students received on a first come basis.

Students entering the 1st—7th grades must receive an entrance test (there is an additional one time testing fee). A release of records must be signed for HCS to receive grades from the school last attended.

A registration fee reserves your child’s place. Fees for each students books, supplies, and activities are in addition to yearly tuition. Tuition & fees may be paid in full at the beginning of the school year or paid in 10 monthly installments through Smart Tuition.

Entrance Requirements

Pre-Kindergarten 3 yrs - Kindergarten 5 yrs

PK3 applicants must be 3 and potty-trained by September 1st

PK4 applicants must be 4 by September 1st

K5 applicants must be 5 by September 1st

Parents must be interviewed by the Principal

Elementary / Middle School

Applicants must be working on or above grade level according to achievement tests results

A satisfactory conduct record is required and/or a Principal's recommendation referral from the previous school.

Applicants must provide a report card and achievement test results for the previous school year.

Applicants may be required to take an entrance exam and score satisfactory.

All new students are accepted on a trial basis for the first grading period, and the school reserves the right to transfer students to the grade level at which they are performing.
